I believe the filename for the webpage should be ROC-Const.html
We are using traditional Chinese characters here in Taiwan.
This is to be a one column webpage. The data (which is the content of the Constitution) CAN BE WIDER than what I have in my WORD file.

I got most of my data from http://law.moj.gov.tw/Law/LawSearchResu ... 2%E6%B3%95
However, this law.moj.gov.tw webpage is much more complicated. It also has LINKS to individual Articles of the Constitution. I don't need that.
I just need a one column webpage.
For my webpage, the title at the top is --

This should be in attractive lettering, with "shading" and possibly some "3D effect".

1a) The Title at the top of the page should look more like this --

So, this has to be sorted out. Currently, Article 30 is one example of this problem.
There also are some problems with some text being BOLD for no reason.
6) For each Article, you should have the second line (and any additional lines) INDENTED IN.
One way to do this is with the <p></p> markup, which you can redefine in your CSS to
p { text-indent: -1em; padding-left: 1em; }

Item #1. As regards the top-most four paragraphs of explanatory text on this webpage,
1. I believe I would be more comfortable with a <table> where the entire background would be colored, including left, right, top, & bottom spacing, and lines-between paragraphs. I suggest using a background color of #C3BAFF
2. Currently, this webpage displays at full width on my screen.
3. However, it seems to me that ideally, the width of this block of data (with the four paragraphs of explanatory text) would be somewhat less than the full width of the page. That would serve to set it off additionally. So, maybe somewhere in the range of 82% to 88% of the full width would be suitable.
Item #2. As regards the blue gradient at the top. On the devices I have used here it appears uniformly dark, and almost black. I am thinking that perhaps what the webpage is doing is just grasping a block of this graphic file, and most likely the uppermost top-left quadrant. (This is my guess.)
If indeed this is the case, I believe it is true that that portion of the graphic is quite dark.
Hence, could we actually get more of a "gradient effect" if the top portion of the graphic were deleted, and the HTML page would then grasp a block of "blue" that has more of a gradient feeling?
What do you think? Perhaps you have a better solution.
