The USA-Taiwan Commonwealth Foundation was established on Feb. 28, 2001 in the State of Florida. It is a non-profit member-supported educational organization. Arthur Li concurrently serves as the President and Treasurer.

The USA-Taiwan Commonwealth Foundation is exempt from Federal income tax under Section 501(a) of the IRS Code as an organization described in Section 501(c)(3). The exempt status was approved on Dec. 11, 2001.






Contributions to our Foundation may be made by US$ check.


All funds collected will be remitted to the Washington D.C. legal counsel Charles H. Camp on a twice monthly basis.
