Established in 2007 in _____, the Taiwan USA Coordination Association (TUCA) is a world-wide organization, non-profit, headquartered in _______, that strives:

(1) to define and implement the status quo in the Taiwan Strait based on the San Francisco Peace Treaty and the US Constitution; 

(2) to pursue the civil rights of the Taiwanese people secured in law by the Taiwan Relations Act, other relevant US statutes, etc., and to seek redress of grievances by any Taiwanese with rights of habitual abode in Formosa and the Pescadores;  

(3) to coordinate with members of the US Congress to pass appropriate legislation to deal with the extraordinary situation of Taiwan;

(4) to facilitate and oversee the organization of Taiwan's civil government, and the establishment of a legal, effective, and progressive government structure;

(5) to promote the issuance of new Taiwan ID cards, passports, etc., and to coordinate all necessary procedures for the drafting of a new Taiwan Constitution under US administrative authority; 

(6) to promote Taiwan's participation in the world community at all levels, and educate Taiwanese to understand their rights in the world community; 

(7) to engage in all other activities which are conducive to the accomplishment of the above goals,  while promoting a more democratic, law-abiding, and peaceful environment in Taiwan.
